Reliable, real-time research should inform of all of your firm’s activities:  strategy; market and competitive intelligence; project capture; client and staff satisfaction and retention; recruiting; best practices and thought leadership; project delivery…the list goes on.  Do you think that there’s never enough resources, budget and/or time to consistently deploy research to leverage and truly differentiate your firm?  Or that research is a big-ticket luxury that other firms can afford, but not yours?    Not so!  During this highly interactive presentation, you will learn critical tips, tricks and hacks to efficiently, consistently and cost-effectively integrate research into all aspects of your firm, no matter your size or markets.  And, you can start using them immediately.

After this program, attendees will be able to:

·            Better understand what Market Research encompasses and how it improves firm success – both internally and with current and potential clients

·            Learn ways your firm can begin or improve research efforts that will provide a competitive edge in the marketplace
