Senior Living Panel

February 8 @ 11:30 am - 1:00 pm

Join SMPS St. Louis as we host a panel discussion featuring top executives from local senior living providers. The questions posed to the panel will focus on topics such as access to healthcare, the aging population, client satisfaction, senior living trends, technology and how those items affect the way we design and build senior living facilities. Develop your understanding of these pressing topics from local leaders in the industry.

This program is eligible for 1 SMPS CEU, 1 AIA and 1 PDH credit.

Moderator
Shawn Bailey, Principal, Northstar Management Company
Shawn brings 19 years of Total Industry experience. He has worked on over 150 projects lifetime, representing a cumulative value of more than $325 million.

Panelists
Ron Mantia, CEO, Nazareth Living Center
Nazareth Living Center has been expanding and enhancing its services to meet identified needs of current and future residents. As part of the master campus development project, The Village at Nazareth was constructed and completed in July 2013, plus construction of new state-of-the-art assisted living memory care and independent living apartments to open in spring 2017, with more developments planned in 2018. As CEO, Ron brings a wealth of experience and insight.

Jill Frein, Project Manager, Friendship Village
Jill oversees expansion and renovation projects at the Chesterfield and Sunset Hills senior living communities.  Jill works work closely with project investors and the development team of the two communities’ management company, Life Care Services, to see projects come to fruition.  With a health care background and 16+ year senior care specialty, Jill knows how to tailor new spaces to what residents need and want.

Richard Money, Regional Director, St. Andrew’s Management Services
Richard Money is a licensed nursing home administrator who has worked in the senior living field for more than thirty years.  He currently serves as a Regional Director for St. Andrew’s Management Services, where he provides operational oversight, management and support for four senior living communities, encompassing the full spectrum of post-acute care.  Just prior to joining St. Andrew’s in 2014, he worked with physicians and nurse case managers to manage post-acute care services in skilled nursing facilities.
