    Morning session
    9 to 11:30 a.m.

    This session will benefit you no matter where you are in your career - from owner/executives to entry level. Learning to navigate and influence people who approach work differently than you positively impacts your company culture. Establishing strong, productive working relationships is the single most effective way to accelerate success in any organization. This lively and interactive session provides proven strategies and techniques to increase cooperation and collaboration between those who have different power levels, perspectives, and personalities. This session helps attendees:

    • Raise awareness on preferred work style and behaviors — of self and others
    • Understand and successfully navigate personality differences that impact manager/staff relationships
    • Recognize different leadership styles and explore adaptive strategies for

Meetings are meant to keep people in the loop, involved in the conversation and overall useful for people attending let’s make them positive, engaging and efficient. In this high energy, interactive session participants learn:
    • Tips for making a meeting more efficient as a meeting leader
    • Real-time advice on how to improve your approach to meetings
    • Techniques for managing meeting participants and keeping meetings on track!
    • How to boost energy and engagement for meeting attendees
    • Meeting management strategies that can be employed by all attendees
    • Strategies for virtual meeting management and participation

    Substitution Policy
    Any substitution to a Member exclusive event will be charged a $100 fee.

    Walk-in Policy
    To ensure we can comfortably accommodate all attendees, anyone who registers after the deadline will be charged an additional $10 walk-in fee.

    Cancellation/Refund Policy
    Cancellations made 48-hours/2 days prior to the event will be fully refunded. Due to our commitment with the meeting facility for food and beverage quantities, all other cancellations or no-shows will be invoiced for the full cost of the event. In the event the registrant is unable to attend, another individual from their firm can attend and the attendee will be expected to pay-at-the-door any applicable cost difference (ie: member vs non-member).
